I use high quality, 99% organic ingredients and prioritize sourcing from small, local producers whenever possible. My goal is for my cakes to taste just as wonderful as they look, evoking the nostalgic flavors that remind you of how truly delicious cake used to be when you were a child.

Hi, I'm Jennifer Forrest, and I'm a woman of many whisks and I'm not afraid to use them!

 

At a young age, my Easy-Bake-Oven had me hooked on baking and after growing up in Florida, I spent most of my young adult life traveling the world in between stints at the Savannah College of Art and Design and Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, where I focused on pastry of course.

While working at some top bakeries in Paris and New York City, I met my husband and never left.  Leave it to me to marry a type-1 diabetic, so because I can't bake as much as I'd like for him, I figured I might as well do it for you.  It'd be a real shame for all these cakes to go to waste...

Custom Cakes

If you have a special design, or flavor you want, or request, let's talk! 

Standard Cakes

Very straight forward chocolate cake or yellow cake with chocolate or vanilla buttercream with a simple border on top and bottom. Just let me know what color and if you want something written on top.

Cupcakes

Same as classic cakes, but in cupcake form. Chocolate cake or vanilla cake with chocolate or vanilla buttercream. Sprinkles upon request. Mini cupcakes are also available. If there is a special design  or flavor request please let me know and I can see what I can do. 

HOW IT WORKS

Please fill out the form and let me know about your event or what you are looking for. I can make a lot of things work, but there are some limits to buttercream.
